There was a stretch when Reels made me behave like I had no memory. Every week I saw a new rule, a new editing trick, a new claim about how fast you had to hook people or telegram members how many times you had to post. Reels reward speed, zfensi social media but speed can pull you into borrowed behavior. That is not automatically bad. The bad part is when the reel attracts attention that does not fit the page visitors see after they tap your profile. Safe growth on Instagram is not only about reach. It is about whether the attention can land somewhere honest.
